- Follow 1-80 West cross the Bay Bridge
- Take the Fremont Exit
- Follow Fremont Street
- Right on Mission Street
- Right on Spear Street (Rincon Center's parking entrance is on the left)

From South Bay:
- Take 101 North to 80 (heading towards the Bay Bridge)
- Take the 4th Street Exit and go to 3rd Street
- Left on 3rd Street
- Right on Mission Street

From Golden Gate Bridge:
- Follow US-101 South
- Turn Left on Broadway Street
- Broadway Street becomes Broadway Tunnel
