If you come on a weekend, remember that the variety of dim sum offered is reduced by half in order to manage the crowds. No matter which day you eat here, the quality vies with the best dim sum halls in Hong Kong. Be sure to experience as wide a variety of items as your appetite can handle. And don't even think of passing up the terrific soup dumplings (called Shanghai pork dumplings here), or the perfectly pan-fried ground-pork potstickers - a far cry from the versions served elsewhere.
